Madrid, July 3, 2023. Prosegur, a global benchmark in the private security sector, has reaffirmed its commitment to the education of its workforce of more than 150,000 men and women. Responding to the training needs of its teams, the company has redesigned its corporate university, a global digital platform accessible from any device.

Central to Prosegur’s digital transformation is training its teams in the use of new technologies. Through this approach, the company seeks to reduce the digital divide and ensure that all its employees are prepared for the challenges of the future and the new global security model.

This is why Prosegur’s corporate university is adapting so as to meet the specific needs of each business line and professional profile, as well as the personal preferences of its workforce. It addresses topics ranging from health and safety, ethics and Prosegur's corporate values, to artificial intelligence, blockchain, Big Data, cybersecurity and sustainability.

In 2022, Prosegur increased the number of training hours by 17%, based on a blend of classroom and virtual training. In addition, the company is committed to increasing its online educational offering by 10% and ensuring that training modules, both face-to-face and digital, reach 90% of the workforce.
