PROSEGUR UNIVERSITY

We offer a model of continuous and specialized training for the improvement and development of our employees' skills. The Prosegur Corporate University is a global digital platform that enables employees to acquire knowledge and develop their talents.

Prosegur has developed various tools (integrating predictive Big Data, AI, and process automation) for multiple processes:

 

  • Handling labor-related matters.
  • Digitizing the candidate selection process (with internal AI chatbots, digital assistants, and digital onboarding), streamlining and simplifying the application process as much as possible. In just 40 seconds, a person can apply to any of our job offers.
  • Maintaining constant contact with its employees through the Intranet app: more than 110,000 employees (nearly 75% of the total workforce) have already downloaded the app on their mobile phones, and over 90% of them use it daily.
  • Promotion of a positive, safe, and participatory work environment, giving employees a voice through surveys.
  • Encouragement of a healthy lifestyle with Pro360, promoting activities and initiatives for all employees. One example is the digital race, which gathers 8,500 participants each year.
  • Reinvesting 70% of our EBITA into our employees (salaries, social programs, investment in infrastructure).
  • Prosegur Foundation, with various programs such as Piecitos Colorados, which aims at comprehensive education and improving the quality of life for vulnerable children, supporting 39 schools in 8 countries and 20 educational centers.

The first security company in the Diversity Leaders ranking, with an equality plan in place since 2014. Promotion of female leadership through the Empowered Women program, in which many have participated.

  • Continuous training as a key differentiator. The Corporate University, delivered online in four languages, provides 2.5 million hours of training (an average of 16 hours per employee).
  • Agreements with universities ensure that the training leads to an official degree.
