Prosegur Security’s winning combination of technology and 300 guards protects Madrid Mutua Open tennis tournament
Extensive on-the-ground physical presence and cutting-edge digital solutions will once again guarantee a safe and secure environment for sports fans in the Spanish capital

Madrid, 23 April 2025.- For the 15th year running, Prosegur Security, a leader in the private security sector, is overseeing security at the Madrid Mutua Open tennis tournament, being held from 21 April to 4 May at the Caja Mágica in Madrid. Cutting-edge technology, backed up by more than 300 professionals working in conjunction with police, will ensure the smooth running of a competition that will host more than 380,000 sports fans.
Once again, the company will deploy its hybrid security model, bringing together people, technology and data, complementing and expanding the capabilities of the team on the ground to ensure security and safety. The more than 300 security guards, assistants and coordinators that make up the Prosegur Security team will be organized into three rings, from the outer perimeter to the court entrances.
