Madrid, 28 January 2025.- Prosegur, a leading company in the private security sector, has taken another step forward in its goal of making the world a safer place by publishing a new Privacy Regulatory Guide, coinciding with the celebration of International Data Protection Day. 

This protocol, applicable in all the countries where the company operates, aims to raise awareness among employees about the importance of processing personal data correctly and aims to help in the decision-making process related to data protection and privacy.

The global document, available to all the company's employees through internal channels, addresses key aspects such as the applicable regulations in each of the countries where the Prosegur Group is present, the security measures applicable to the processing of personal data and the procedure for notifying security breaches, as well as international data transfers and fines or penalties in case of non-compliance.
In addition, in compliance with the principle of proactive responsibility, Prosegur has updated all its internal rules and procedures on data protection so that workers can be aware of the duties and obligations that are applicable to them in the exercise of their activity.
