Prosegur exports its AVOS Tech outsourcing business to Colombia, strengthening its presence in Latin America

Madrid, 13 February 2025.- AVOS Tech, Prosegur's business unit specializing in the digital transformation of companies and process outsourcing (BPO), has started operations in Colombia as part of its international expansion plan among the main countries in Latin America. With its entry into this market, joining Spain and Chile, Prosegur's technology subsidiary seeks to strengthen its presence in a country essential to reinforcing its ambitious growth plan for the coming years.
The arrival of AVOS Tech in Colombia is part of a 2024-25 plan that will see investment of more than €10 million, both for its commercial expansion and the development of new products and SaaS architecture.
AVOS Tech introduces a unique value proposition for Colombia through the combination of BPO and technology in a Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) business model. The company has a comprehensive portfolio of cutting-edge technological solutions, which in addition to BPO services include a modern multi-branch core insurance to accompany the modernization of the country's insurance companies, as well as cutting-edge software solutions designed to meet the needs of conciliation and the fight against the financing of terrorism and money laundering.
