Prosegur once again among the 10 best companies in spain committed to the emotional well-being of the workforce
The DCH UP Spain awards, organized by DCH and HR Talents, raises awareness of projects led by HR departments to provide employee benefits beyond remuneration.
Madrid, June 12, 2024. Prosegur, a leading company in the private security sector, has been included for the second consecutive year among the top ten businesses in the 'Large Company' category of the DCH Up Spain Emotional Salary Awards for its initiatives to promote the well-being of its workforce, as outlined in its PRO360 Global Wellness Program to create healthy working environments.
DCH, International Organization of Human Capital Managers, has organized this initiative together with HR Talents, to raise awareness of the best HR projects aimed at new approaches to the relationship between companies and the people who are part of them, beyond remuneration.
In this second edition, the jury was made up of leading business and HR professionals from companies such as Correos, Ferrovial, Orange and UP Spain, who were responsible for evaluating all the candidates. Thanks to the initiatives that Prosegur has implemented over the last year, the company is once again in the top 10 of the 'Large Company' category.
