Prosegur’s AVOS Tech improves reinsurance management with the new version of its SISnet 360 core
Version 15.0.0 of AVOS Tech's core insurer, SISnet 360, incorporates a solution that allows insurance companies to manage their reinsurance independently.
Madrid, 21 February 2025.- AVOS Tech, the Prosegur Group’s process outsourcing business unit, has launched the latest version of its SISnet 360 core insurance company. Version 15.0.0 of the platform includes the SISnet Reinsurance solution, which manages companies' reinsurance independently from the suite’s other solutions: SISnet Insurance, SISnet Distribution, SISnet Motor, SISnet Benefits and SISnet Broker.
SISnet Reinsurance only needs policies and claims payments information, which can be integrated via an initial data load, to perform reinsurance calculations efficiently. This is a very important improvement for the SISnet 360 core, allowing this part of the company's business to be covered flexibly and efficiently.
SISnet 360 v15: Better performance for optimized management in the insurance industry
SISnet 360 version 15 reinforces AVOS Tech's strategy by improving the platform's performance, taking into account the needs of the insurance industry. In this sense, SISnet 360 currently has a new architecture that allows the mass management of receipts, optimizing the use of resources and reducing the management time of these large volumes of information by 90%.
Another new feature that improves performance allows receipts to be issued a posteriori. A new system for issuing receipts in parallel and asynchronously has been implemented to reduce working time and avoid overloading the database.

This new version reflects our strategy of offering flexible and efficient solutions that enable insurers to operate with greater agility, optimizing their processes and expanding their reach in key markets."
This new version represents a milestone in AVOS Tech's expansion in Latin America, with the development of the country layer for Colombia, a market the business unit has recently entered, allowing SISnet 360 to be adapted to local particularities such as legislation, regulations and the specific standards of each territory. This layer has four levels: country standards (personal data, currencies, etc.), regulatory regulations (sector laws, taxation, data protection), insurance standards (means of payment, digital signature) and aspects of lines of business, with a focus on life insurance.
After developing the Chile country layer in 2023, AVOS Tech has completed the Colombia layer, facilitating its expansion in Latin America and supporting the development of specific products such as life annuity, in line with Colombia’s 1993 Law 100, which reorganized the country’s social security system.
